Let’s see, the Republican party could have nominated Sarah Palin instead of Mittens, and it has had a bench of excellent black men such as JC Watts, Ben Carson, Alan Keys and Herman Cain that it has steadfastly ignored, so the “we” can be laid at a lot of different feet.
Sarah Palin herself didn’t want it, and the GOP wasn’t ready for the filthing that its loyal black partisans got.
