GOP Sues Pennsylvania Over "Poll Watcher" Restrictions
zerohedge.com ^ | Oct 22, 2016

Pennsylvania has become ground zero for "election rigging" concerns over the past two election cycles. In 2012, Romney's performance in Philadelphia drew a huge amount of suspicion when he received exactly 0 votes in 59 voting divisions within the city.

In fact, the vote count within those 59 divisions was an astonishing 19,605 to 0.

While no one would argue that many Philadelphia neighborhoods tend to skew democratic, it certainly seems incredibly unlikely that, out of nearly 20,000 voters, not a single person preferred Mitt Romney.

Of course, the city also drew heavy criticism after the Black Panthers sent "security" to stand outside numerous polling stations with clubs.

So it should come as little surprise that the GOP recently filed a lawsuit seeking additional oversight of polling stations in Pennsylvania. According to the Washington Examiner, the GOP is specifically looking to lift restrictions that prevent poll watchers from serving in any county outside of their specific county of residence.

Pennsylvania's Republican Party wants to overturn a court order that restricts who can volunteer as poll watchers.

The GOP wants to overturn a declaratory judgment that would restrict poll watchers from serving only in their county of residence, according to the lawsuit. The lawsuit comes as GOP nominee Donald Trump has pushed for poll watchers in Pennsylvania, saying that his supporters need to go to "certain areas and watch."

Black Panthers sent “security” to stand outside numerous polling stations with clubs....

Wish they’d do that here.

40 Italians with bats beats 20 black panthers with clubs.

I don’t even think that Chicago can compete with the level of cheating in Phil. The votes there are all made up.

Good that the Republican party is taking action.

If it comes down to Pennsylvania, don’t concede.

Well you remember When Bush left- the justice department was going after a group of black panthers for intimidation at polling sites. But the first thing Obama did was make it all go away and begin the reign of corruption at the justice department.

That figures. What difference does it make who’s out front. They cant see who you vote for?

And who the #### is afraid of black panthers.

We used to beat the #### out of obama’s sons in the 80s high school race riots.

Not that that’s a good thing!

Its well established where in PA blatant voter fraud occurred in 2012.

These 59 precincts must be watched and not allowed to repeat their crimes.

While I applaud the effort I think the narrative need be to protect voting process against thugs like the Panthers. Implying those in those precincts are dishonest voters needing oversight is only gonna fire up the Dems screaming racism (which they gonna do anyway). Best hope for Dems is to rouse these locations which to this point had no connection to Clintoon

Not to mention the Philly precincts which reported 106 - 110 voter turnout.

Good point. Besides, i doubt they planned on standing outside of polling places in predominantly Italian neighborhoods here.

That would be a bad idea.

Trump should encourage all Trump supporters to wear RED when going to vote.

the sea of red would be hard to deny ... especially after the votes are tallied and come up heavy for hillary

wear RED ... and take pictures of it

There is nothing that stops anyone from talking to voters as they enter the polls as long as you do not block those voters entrance. Also in those 59 precincts in Philly I’d make sure to identify Republicans that are committed to voting for Trump and other GOP and I’d have them take a smart phone pic of their ballots so that if some how we run into the situation again we’d have “check votes” to use to make a case when clear fraud is evident. Team Romney really wasn’t that good. They wasted a ton of money on project ORCA which failed.

There is a difference this time; the police have been knocked on their heels by democrats, Obama, Hillary, their DOJ and BLM for the past year solid.

Any gibmedats start trolling polling locations with clubs and acts of intimidation, the police will give them a free education on both.

Pompous-ass Obama has pissed in far too many people’s faces. He’s about to get his, in spades!

I’ve never saved my receipt before.

This time, I’m going to save it and staple it to my sample ballot and keep it in the filing cabinet.

Just in case.

Are we even allowed to take pictures of our ballot when we vote?
