... most Republicans, despite their increasing dislike of him, view him [Ryan] as the leader of the GOP, not Trump

Why would Trump want to be seen as the leader of a bunch of RINOS? The GOP: home of the NeverTrumpers. Who needs that? GOP go to Hell.

>>who is going to challenge his speakership?<<

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

DRAIN THE SWAMP!

I think Jeb Hensarling, a proud Trump supporter and brilliant on reforming the financial industry (getting rid of Dodd-Frank and allowing local/regional banks to thrive again) would make a great choice.

Thought I saw Campbell Brown in On the reporting of a rumor of Senor possibly being the source of the leak. She did that and is married to Senor? Also it seems both the Dems and the Republican establishment are being blamed for the tape and timing. It is all very confusing.

Ryan’s seat is filled with a democrat right now. He has just been in the closet. Trump has forced the door open and we see who Ryan is. Maybe next time we can get someone honest in there.

A lot of liberal-tarians vote for Rats for immoral social issues and globalist ideology, i.e. open borders and “free” trade.

RYAN owns Wisconsin. He looks like a cub scout, but he’s a Lefty.

What our representatives must do is kick him out as Speaker. Pronto.

I’m voting Trump then walking out.

I'm going to vote Trump and then some of the judges who the "Right to Life" endorses. That's it.

“The guy had me totally BS’d.”

You’re not alone! I have friends that are HEAVILY connected to the politicians in our state; they aren’t saying ch#t about Paul Ryan, these days. Up until his primary (Nehlen challenged) he was still their Golden Boy. Now?

*Crickets*

And, good! :)

Actually, the House did nothing to defer the Supreme Court nomination. Confirmation of Supreme Court Justices is entirely in the hands of the Senate.

McConnell is not a conservative, but at least he has stood firm on the nomination issue. He’s also given a brief endorsement of Trump, then shut up and remained out of the way of the Presidential campaign.

Ryan has continually injected himself into the presidential race to undermine Trump.

Write your congresspeople and let them know that unless the Republican congressional leadership get 100% behind actively supporting Trump in the last 2 weeks, we will never vote for a Republican again.
