He is reporting that the Russians are not behind the DNC/Clinton email dumps (apparently there is actually no evidence of that anyway), but that a former NSA agent is claiming that NSA employees did it!
Their supposed motivation is that Hillary got intelligence officers killed with her “carelessness” with the top secret emails on a crap home server, and they don’t want her in charge of the country, so they are taking her down themselves.
Sounds logical.
