Despite news percolating throughout the country about non-citizens registering to vote under loose Motor-Voter practices, the courts are refusing to allow states to verify citizenship as a condition for registering to vote. Yesterday, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a district court’s injunction against a Kansas law requiring those registering with federal Motor-Voter forms to show proof of citizenship. The original injunction forced the state to register 20,000 individuals who failed to show proof of citizenship.
Now, that number could rise to 50,000.

Amazing. We in the US are supposed to be so smart, yet even corrupt Mexico requires voter ID for their citizens to be able to vote. Apparently we are more stupid than a third world banana republic.

These judges have been placed in these positions for a purpose. And it is not for the good of America. If Trump get in then he needs to find a constitutional way to clean the house of these Nasty little infiltrators. Maybe even a constitutional Amendment of some kind.

I wish the governor of Kansas would tell the “judge” to screw off and say, “We are a sovereign state, and we run the elections here in our own state, not you federal aholes.”
Who gave judges the power over the states? Suppose Kansas ignores this tool? What can he do to them? Send the State Police? Federal Marshalls?

Has anyone mentioned that if hillary was President, the left/dems having hill and bill both, indicted for the reason of removing her and putting in someone of their choice.. an obama or worse.. not the vp .. and don’t say they have laws that regulate those things.. everything they do has been illegal and no one stopped them.. they believe they can do whatever they want.. it would be a takeover like no other...
Not casting any aspersions on you but...BLM has already figured this out. They say "Screw your rules" and what has been done to stop them? Anything effective? No. Anything that is stopping them from abushing and killing cops? No.

In our state of Calif there’s probably a million illegals with a drivers license and who were automatically registered to vote when they were issued the license.

I was #3 in my little KS berg to early vote today. I had to show valid DL, be confirmed on the rolls and sign for my ballot. I have been a resident here all my life and live in the sticks.
There is no telling what the libs in Wichita, Topeka/Lawrence, and KC are up to.
