Well I really do like good comedy and enjoying jokes and there are have been some good ones at these events. Agreed. I’m just at the point where when some in the Church patronize evil for the glamour of being around powerful people of this world, I am going to speak up. I also see that if someone is an orthodox Catholic nowadays, some of the bishops are not doing a whole lot of shepherding for them and as a cradle Catholic of 62 years, I getting tired of it. Seems some people just don’t want to win. Obama has said the most awful things about his political opponents including at the Al Smith dinner. I vividly recall him accusing Republicans of making him hurt kids. About time somebody played hardball with rampaging fascists who wish us dead.
You're right. Obama broke the tradition, he was nasty. But the audience dutifully laughed and NOBODY dared disapprove - he's special.

Trump is brilliant at politics, his only problem would be that he is running to be president of a nation that divides in roughly equal halves of smart people and idiots.
So everyone has their candidate.
But on the political stage, Trump is basically an anti-elitist, anti-status-quo candidate. The Alfred Smith dinner is about as iconic a gathering of elitists as you can get away from the Bohemian Grove or Bilderberg.
So of course he peed on their stage. It was a no-brainer. It reminds the actual conservatives within the castle that they live there as slaves, otherwise, it was a message to middle America that he couldn’t give a rat’s ass about the prestige of elites.
Let’s hope the people are in that frame of mind. They should be. Elites have decided that normal people are there to pay taxes and get out of the way of the globalist delusion express. Trump is saying, “I don’t think so.”
Hillary, basically, is saying “I will take the support of any old whore,” and there is no older whore in America than the New York elites.

This election, has really been life changing for Donald Trump.
The former”Man About Town” Trump, has figured out who his friends are and who they are not.
Trump also has a deepening appreciation of the people of this country.
Trump is a better man than when he started.
Also let’s not forget: She is either paying or convincing women to claim they were sexually assaulted by Trump. These women know damn well he can’t sue them for defamation or slander because he is a POTUS candidate, so they are holding these phony press conferences with that pig Gloria Alred. Let’s see these women look Trump in the eye and accuse him. This is the level at which Hillary will stoop to win an election. Trump and Rudy know EXACTLY what she is all about and they aren’t about to kiss her butt charity or not. This is a woman who diverted billions in Haitian aid, who took bribes from the Saudis to take out Gaddafi destroying millions of lives. I find it galling when she mentions that refugee kid when SHE is responsible for that!
