If we Red States cannot secede, let’s just change it around and kick their blue asses out to fail on their own.

None of the Republican’ts standing on the primary stage are worthy .... or has the balls although Carly arguably had some bigger ones than several of the bozos standing up there.

I don’t know who I would be willing to accept as a leader at this point because other than Trump, no one will stand up to the Dems AND none of the Republican’ts appear overly concerned over the massive corruption that has buried the government & political parties/process.

The sad state of affairs ...........

Laws are for the Little People (Steyn)
http://www.steynonline.com/7564/laws-are-for-the-little-people

Trump is an unknown. But, to channel Donald Rumsfeld, Hillary is the most known known in the history of knowns. And what we know of her is that she’s stinkingly corrupt, above the law, and able to suborn entire government agencies in the cause of her corruption. Where do you think we’re gonna be after eight years of that?

Oh, and it will be eight years. The NeverTrumpers are saying, “Don’t worry. We’ll get it right in 2020”, just like after 2012 they said, “Don’t worry. We’ll get it right in 2016”, and after 2008 they said, “Don’t worry. We’ll get it right in 2012.” Next time never comes. There are no tomorrows for the Republican Party, because, unlike the GOP, the Democrats use their victories very effectively.

Think of what the last eight years have wrought - Obamacare, a weaponized IRS, six-figure fines for homophobic bakeries - and then pitch America forward to 2024. Picture the most absurd scenario you can concoct - say, a federal transgender-bathroom regime. Oh, no, wait, we’ve already got that.

The left is serious about power, and they don’t waste time. The idea that the most personally corrupt candidate in modern American history will govern as some sort of benign moderate centrist placeholder until the wankers who thought Jeb Bush was a superstar shoo-in come up with their next inspiration is utterly preposterous.

I can NEVER be in a party that has Mitt Romney as a member.

#Never Trumpers need to form their own party - they can have their first meeting — of ALL their members - - in some large hotel ballroom in DC... Yes, they WERE powerful but NOT without the army of middle-class Americans who propped them up all these years. And us? We’re outta here.

Never Trumpers: all chiefs - no Indians.

That is a new party, no formal structure necessary

Oh, no, a formal structure is absolutely necessary because we will need to elect Senators and Representatives.

Nothing will change until D+R are <218 in the House and <50 in the Senate. I'm all in for Trump, I hope to God he wins, but our hands on the levers of power must (by design) work through Congress.

I don’t read Conservtive Review.

They created a blacklist of people who support Trump. I blacklist all their articles.

(the only National Review member I can be in a party with is Sowell... the rest of the ‘chiefs’ need to be in their own ‘elite’ group. To hell with ‘em.

I’d prefer Tea Party be renamed the America First Party.

Clearly, neither the dems NOR the GOP represent America First.

Should have happened after 2008, but everyone sat on their arses and said OK, guess we’ll just have Obamanation then. Then...Romney/Ryan? Should have shot the people who failed to do it four years previous and then all those who thought it was a good idea to nominate those idiots.

If Trump loses it will in no small part a problem with him having to carry the party for the last six months.

If he loses, there’s only one word that will cover it for many in this party.

E X O D U S

It could get very ugly.

Having lived through the Libertarian Party, the Reform Party & the Tea Party for me at least, the introduction of structure invited in snakes. Currently, the informal Indys could be the difference in every congressional district in America. They simply need a loose organization that can be provided by alternative radio, forums & other social media. I’m not ruling formal structure out but, IMO, the Independent Party already exists, just not formally.

Exactly. Even after Trump wins a new conservative party is inevitable. After their behavior they can have their precious party. These people expected us to hold our noses for decades. When it came time for them to hold their nose for once they just couldn’t bring themselves to do it.

I don’t know why Jim Rob pulled the Cracked article yesterday but the guy made some good points. “When the most valuable thing on your property is your Trump/Pence sign a guy that wants to Make America Great Again is going to resonate.”. I liked it.

Trump’s success in the Republican primary battle this year is irrefutable evidence that the party needs a complete overhaul. I’m 100% behind him, but that’s only because Pee Wee Herman isn’t on the ballot. The brutal truth here is that he was one of the most liberal candidates the GOP ever could have nominated in a presidential race, which is a damning condemnation of how badly the party is perceived by their own grassroots supporters.

Whatever happened to the TEA Party? Time to turn it into a real party, not just a movement.

I like Trump’s “drain the swamp” idea. I suspect this will include redefining both parties.

Yep. We're gonna need a new country if Hillary wins; because she's gonna destroy it by finishing Obama's work. That is, if they haven't started World War IV with the Russians by then. GO TRUMP

That’s a good point. If you really want to make a difference in political races, don’t even bother running candidates. Just get a solid 25%-35% of the voters in any given jurisdiction signed up for a third party, then look for opportunities to either: (1) endorse a major party candidate, or (2) allow a major party candidate to run on your party line.
