The cynical part of me says this is just a ploy to get rat voters to the polls.
That’s exactly what it is. All of these Hitlery +8, +10 polls will magically get closer come 1-2 days before the election; too big a lead in the polls suppresses the vote. Of course, one could make the argument that a large deficit creates voter apathy as well, but in Trump’s case, the silent majority makes up for that factor.
Yes, Psi-Ops 101, Reverse psychology or whatever you call it, make the (D) voter think its close, get them out to the polls......
