yes it is, but they depend on that false façade of appearing to be just and open. Doing something like this puts them on Official Record.
They love to hide behind journalistic integrity platitudes and lip service. But when it publically forces them to pen their name, their honor and their oath, they are abject cowards and they would be forced to display what they really are in front of millions of people, live and on TV.
