Robert Creamer -- husband of Illinois Rep. Jan Schakowsky needs to be charged by the Feds for breaking the following laws!

We need some honest and fearless attorneys for Trump to file charges that these illegal actions were blatant violations of federal laws protecting free assembly. Laws signed by Obama. Even if they didn't break laws, there was a conspiracy to break the federal laws.

There are severe laws on the books that make what happened to Trump in Chicago and other places illegal. See #1 below.

Then, there are severe laws for those involved in conspiracies against political events. So DNC rectums sitting in front of their computers organizing and ordering actions like what has happened to Trump in the past weeks could find themselves facing severe fines and jail time.

Mediots on TV and hired pundits on the internet pushing or dog whistling violence against Trump and Trump supporter are guilty. See #2 below.

#1: For one thing, the law makes it easier for the government to criminalize protest. Period. It is a federal offense, punishable by up to 10 years in prison to protest anywhere the Secret Service might be guarding someone. For another, it’s almost impossible to predict what constitutes “disorderly or disruptive conduct” or what sorts of conduct authorities deem to “impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions.”

#2: There is another interesting Code/law that applies the conspiracy/violation of peaceful assembly and free speech.

18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same.

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 696; Pub. L. 90–284, title I, § 103(a), Apr. 11, 1968, 82 Stat. 75; Pub. L. 100–690, title VII, § 7018(a), (b)(1), Nov. 18, 1988, 102 Stat. 4396; Pub. L. 103–322, title VI, § 60006(a), title XXXII, §§ 320103(a), 320201(a), title XXXIII, § 330016(1)(L), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 1970, 2109, 2113, 2147; Pub. L. 104–294, title VI, §§ 604(b)(14)(A), 607(a), Oct. 11, 1996, 110 Stat. 3507, 3511.) Robert Creamer

Oh they will continue with the tricks. Turns out that all of hillary’s “organizations” are located in the same building. Not much difference in all their functions, to commit voter fraud or “game the system”.

He’d be stepping down through a trap door with a noose around his neck

You'd think we would have learned that Brown Shirts need to be called to task if a democracy is to function. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and those involved need to be found and prosecuted with a vigor that will deter future offenders.

I would encourage President Trump to see to the creation of a special prosecutor with a broad mandate to investigate recent and historic vote fraud and organized political violence.

I would also suggest the creation of a cabinet level position to take direction of rooting out corruption in BOTH parties. "Department of Public Integrity" or something like that. Sort of like the office of Censor in the Roman Republic.

Cruz was busy blaming Trump for the violence. I was so mad at Cruz. That is when he lost me.

Now that we have proof it was violent Democrats who assaulted Republicans it will be VERY interesting to see how GOP politicians react. I will be watching VERY closely. Many are already carrying on like nothing happened. This is totally unacceptable. These clowns are holding future of party in their hands, IMO. The party is inches away from melting down.

The bulk of the article is an attack on O’Keefe.

No surprise. The CNN article on Wikileaks looked like a PR from the Clinton campaign. Total whitewash.

Schakowsky was the one who made a speech about the Dems long term plan for implementing single payer insurance before Obama ran for POTUS.

She’s a hardcore Chicago machine left wing thug.

They knew. They've always known. That's why no reaction from them.

“The party is inches away from melting down.”

I am all for letting it go. Trump needs to build a new party that has as one of it’s cornerstones, removing ALL current Republican office holders from their offices. The very few that are worthy of retention, will need to join the new party, and they will need to pass a true litmus test to get in. If we don’t get rid of the current “crop” of “republicans,” Trump will have a difficult time persuing his agenda, because the GOPe will opt for stalling as much as the public will allow with the hope of causing the Trump Presidency to be a failure! HIs first act as the “party leader” should be to clean out the RNC. They need to be ahead of the Departments of the cabinet.

The video didn’t suggest anything. The video recorded the Dem operative straight up saying that he and his Dem cohorts were directly responsible for orchestrating violent confrontations at Trump events. Other Dem operatives openly bragged about their roles too.

I suggest that Daniella Diaz, Drew Griffin and CNN personnel in general stop pretending to be real reporters and journalists like James O’Keefe.

There is a CNN video of the store at the link that opens with audio that says “A video released by DISCREDITED conservative journalist ...”

When and where did that happen?

Likely going to be some lawsuits coming in against these Hillary operatives, the size of some small country economies. Especially the folks who set up oxygen lady to provoke the man in line at the rally.
