The enemy within is completing just another one of their goals to destroy our democracy - The destruction of the public education system. When a third of millennials say they believe more people were killed under George W. Bush than Joseph Stalin? Good God, Who taught them this crap??? This democracy may be a lost cause sooner than I thought. I wonder if enough people are left to defend it? A civil war may be the only answer when people have had enough...21% of millennials would vote for a communist??? Maybe not when their Iphones and video games are banned.

Oh, they really don’t need to bother. They are about to get first-hand experience.

I'm not sure I understand where you're coming from.

It's the public education system that has brought ON the downfall (if Trump loses) of our nation.

Ship them all off the North Korea. A couple of months of forced hard labor will set them right.

Many Millennials are dumber than $hit. It's a shame they vote.

There are enough members of the Putin Fan Club here — convinced he’s a swell fellow & leading me to believe millennials are not the only problem.

Amazing that in the internet age, where all of the worlds information is instantly available, people are actually getting dumber.

Agreed...It would be mistake to assume 16 to 20 year olds know much about anything yet...most don’t have a job and they have just gotten out of indoctrination in our public schools. But this is the perfect democratic voting base...No job, no future and blame it on democracy.

If they had any clue you wouldn’t be seeing them in Che Guevara t-shirts so often.

Well that's the problem with Millennials (one of the problems anyway) They already know everything, so they don't have to "bone up" on anything.

Millennials without a growing skill set will end up sitting on their butts as designed by the left or if they are lucky enough to figure it out will move past this crap.

As a millennial and an excreted byproduct of the public school turned conservative I can offer a clearer view.

The issue is really deception. The next generation has not been coached well on the dangers we were in in the cold war and what happened behind the Iron curtain.

Growing up in a public school in Bangor Maine, when we were taught about communism, it was on rare occasions and often the commies were treated in a positive life.

EXAMPLE: Vietnam war. I don't think we even were taught anything about atrocities committed by the North Vietnamese and the Viet Cong. We mostly heard only that American GIs were killing civilians and that the South Vietnamese were persecuting their own people. While its true RSVN had a kleptocratic and corrupt government that needed reform the North Vietnamese were far far worse and far more brutal!

The teachers made it look like the North was really morally superior to the south and the US soldiers.

ANOTHER EXAMPLE: we were taught in high school the old lie that the USSR never practiced true communism. A deceptive lie to hide their failure. It failed because it wasn't true communism, if it did, it would've been true communism.

Also, when dealing with the cold war, there is little said of the aggressions of the USSR and Warsaw pact, the US and NATO are portrayed more as the aggressors egging on Russia to nuke everyone.

Rarely of course did we bring up communism vs capitalism, and we were never ever taught that Fascism like under Hitler, Mussolini and Franco is a form of Socialism. At least Franco toned it down a bit.

Of course most of our info about communism came from pop culture and Hollywood. The reds were the good guys, the American backed regimes in Central America, Southeast Asia and elsewhere were poor helpless and exploited.

Nikita Khrushchev wasn't kidding when he said the USSR would bury the USA without firing a shot.
