Bradley Manning compromised a large amount of US military documents that ended up at Wikileaks. The same sort of thing could well have happened at the DNC and other organizations that have been hacked.
Whenever I hear about a Wikileaks incident, that is precisely my suspicion. Somebody like Manning, an insider, spilled the information out there.
