Bradley Manning compromised a large amount of US military documents that ended up at Wikileaks. The same sort of thing could well have happened at the DNC and other organizations that have been hacked.

Another email from “Anna James” (aka Chelsea Clinton) where she mentions this “Doug” called up Bill Clinton the day that Chelsea’s grandmother died and was screaming at him about “how could he do this to Justin and him, he would be nothing without him, etc”.
“Doug” is Doug Band, the President of Teneo Holdings, Bill Clinton’s former “body man”, and co-founder of the CGI. “Justin” is Justin Cooper, formerly a senior aide to Bill Clinton. He also happens to be the one who registered the domain for the Clinton’s private email server, and helped set up the system, so he would have the technical know-how to pull something like this off.
Neither of them work for the Clintons anymore, though I can’t find sources online that specify when their employment ended, but I think this email is probably sent the day or the day after they were both fired over the complaints from employees at the CGI about them.
