What the author seems to ignore was that it was non other Than Billy Goat Clinton as President that signed the Sexual harassment policies in the federal government and forced ALL employees to go thru training.

Use of an illicit or uncomfortable sex scenario is a tried and true progressive left tactic to attack their enemies. Remember how the NY Slimes went full page on John McCain and his affair in 2008’s election? Remember Anita Hill versus Clarence Thomas in the Supreme Court confirmation?
What is striking is how the MSM has gone nuclear over a private conversation and called it a sexual assault! Yet, they give Bubba, who has PAID OFF accusers a pass because, like another ‘great’, Ted Kennedy, he is a DEMOCRAT! Both of the latter are documented to have actually done far more than just talk, but that does not count - to the MSM and the progressive left, but I repeat myself, they are the same!
'Cause Bill was giving us free stuff and Trump...we ain't too sure. :)
