Recently, Fox News execs declared Megyn Kelly to be the longtime leading cable news network’s “future.”
If so, that future doesn’t appear particularly bright…
As the most recent viewership numbers show, Kelly’s program indicates a decided downward shift from Bill O’Reilly’s lead-in program, and then, even more damning for Kelly, is how the ratings jump back up for the Sean Hannity program, even though Hannity should, given the later time slot, have the smaller audience.
Hannity has made clear his support of Donald Trump, while Kelly has for the past year, taken to filling her one-hour show with anti-Trump guests and rhetoric.
It would appear that stance is now taking a considerable toll on Kelly’s ratings – and Fox’s bottom-line. She is now in second place for her time slot behind MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow, a seemingly inconceivable result that has now become reality.

Kelly's extraordinarily lame claim that Ailes had "harassed her," too, was the handwriting on the wall for both Ailes and the Murdochs: "I'm your gal, and if you want Roger gone, I'm here to help." Luckily for her, Ailes went quietly and did not have his lawyers question her preposterous non-story under oath.
The many Bushbots at Fox News are altogether too willing to play the Murdochs' game, because that means trashing Trump (for now) and they were all queueing up either for government jobs in the ¡¿Jeb?! admin, or the additional salary and perks at the network that would come with heightened access they thought Bush loyalists would enjoy.
Too bad ¡¿Jeb?! never cracked 10%.
No matter how the election goes, they will be perfectly happy to lick the hands of their new corporate masters, so either the attacks on Trump will ramp up after Nov 8th or the incredible wonderfulness of Hillary!® will be more fully revealed.
Find a new network FReepers. Fox is finished, and it aint just Megyn Kelly.
Stopped watching her. Lou Dobbs is the best. Sean Hannity too!

Yes, it’s Lou Dobbs, Kennedy, HGTV, Hannity. In that order.
My husband will sometimes tolerate Megyn if there’s nothing else on, but last night, even he couldn’t take it and we switched over to HGTV for an hour. Show about lottery winners. He got into it. Way better than Megyn.
The only person in the whole fox organization I even bother to preselect for is Lew Dobbs, the rest of them can go F#CK themselves.

Hannity has the same 10 talking talking points with every guest; (hint, get some new ones Hannity, I can say them faster than you) and I can’t stand his constant interruptions (with the same 10 talking points).

Yes, Jean Stapleton was amazing. Heard her give a talk at a private school in LA and was gobsmacked. She was offered the lead in Murder She Wrote but didn’t think it would be very wholesome. She said maybe that wasn’t the best decision, turning that down!
She had good things to say about Peter Ustinov, IIRC.

My wife says I should do the same. I only watch Fox News and the kids watch Disney XD. The crap they watch on Disney, I think maybe I should cut the cable.

Her Fox contract is up after the election. She has moved left to be able to jump networks
good. I stopped watching her, and FOX except friends in the morning and Hannity.’
