I don't know if it's 20% but yes women are much more likely to support socialism, especially single women and even moreso single women with kids. Married women tilt conservative, although not as much as married men but I believe single women are like 7:3 D:R

You are SOOOOOOO right. I really had my eyes opened by that stupid Julia campaign that Obama used in 2012. There are apparently WAAAAAAAY more single women who want Big Gubbermint to be their baby daddy than I had ever dreamed.
If only women had the vote this country would have gone 100@ Socialist/Communist a long time ago.
And let’s face it, if a woman is single it is just more likely that she will turn to Uncle Sam for comfort and support if she has nobody else to depend upon.
