Trump on the Commission for Presidential Debates: It’s a ‘Rigged Deal’ and ‘I’m Done’

.....[snip]... Donald Trump blasted the Commission for Presidential Debates on Wednesday, claiming the bipartisan group is “rigged” and declaring himself “done” with it.

“The head guy worked for Bill Clinton. Ay yai yai. What a rigged deal this is,” Trump said at a rally in Florida. He was referring to CPD co-chair Mike McCurry, who served as Clinton’s press secretary for three and a half years. What Trump did not mention is that McCurry’s co-chair is Frank Fahrenkopf, chairman of the Republican National Committee while Ronald Reagan was president.

Trump went on to suggest that he might skip the third debate, scheduled for October 19 in Las Vegas. “I have no respect for that group, by the way, I’m done,” he said of the CPD. Trump spokesperson Jason Miller told the Daily Beast’s Olivia Nuzzi that Trump does, in fact, plan to participate in the third debate.

Trump’s debate diatribe also included mention of the recent allegations that Hillary Clinton was fed a question by current DNC head Donna Brazile before a CNN town hall during the Democratic primary. “Oh man, why can’t the Republicans do that?” he joked. “Why can’t Reince feed me information prior to a debate? I am so angry at the Republicans. I want to be fed information like Hillary gets.”

With ALL the material coming out in WikiLeaks that the media won’t support, he will have SO much ammo in the third debate full of stuff the public won’t hear anywhere else, it would be crazy to skip it.

I think it would be great if Trump's team cam[e] in at the last minute with some budding college journalists from Hillsdale. Knowing that Hillary has previously received questions in advance, Trump will only debate with these moderators who have had no contact with either candidate.

Oh, I love how you think. That would be spectacular. Would crime team Hillary walk out? lol

Irrelevant. Look at the two moderators. In fact, look at the moderators of the last six debates, and what kind of questions they asked, and how they ganged up on Republican candidates. Totally rigged.

He really should boycott the third debate?

Nope, not quite. He should face it just like the second debate, this last debate he should be tougher.

If he does go he should have someone close to the stage with an RF scanner looking for Hillary’s ear piece RF feed and record it for later exposure.

I know, I think he directly said that he can not wait for the next debate.

Seems more likely the Hildebeest would can the third debate.
After all, she thinks she’s ahead, and she knows what’s coming at that debate!

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
That would be good....

DT could then pull a ‘Clint Eastwood’ and ‘debate’ an empty chair with someone like RLimbaugh or a DT Friendly host ‘playing’ moderator.

Talk about skirts and/or panties getting wadded up.....

Its rigged. You get lefty moderators, questions leaked to the Hillary campaign in advance and plants in the audience.

Its not a real debate - more like a glorified press conference where a Republican has to run a gauntlet of hostile questions, constant interruption from the moderators and no real opportunity to engage with his opponent.

And then there is the fact the MSM always proclaims the Democrat the debate winner.

A fraud.

He came out way ahead on the last debate. These debates give Hillary the largest audiences sh has ever had...so he needs to drop it while he’s ahead and send Hillary back to the 1/3rd full high school gymnasiums.

No, Trump should not boycott the 3rd debate. He will crush Cankles & Chris Wallace. Trump would be made to look like a coward if he boycotted the 3rd debate.

Vote Trump 2016

He needs the debate. It hurt him to skip the debate during the primaries. This debate should help him, and he needs help. Wallace is a lot fairer than the other moderators that he has faced.

Skipping the debate is puttting a nail in his coffin. Appearing gives him a chance at revival.

Yet despite it all Trump won the debate. He would be a fool to pass up the chance to do it again.

Trump needs to bring MiniTrump to the debate, and have him help destroy Hillary.

Be ready to talk about more details of his plan to make things better and describe what that looks like in ways people can understand.

On the very rare occasions that the past debates have touched on policy Trump didn't do a very good job of explaining his positions so he may do well to stick with his attack dog performance from the past. That led him to wins in those.

I thought Trump was right to skip the second primary debate moderated by Megyn Kelly. However, his poll numbers fell afterward, and Trump blamed it on his skipping the debate. The RNC has put Trump in a no win situation.

He really should boycott the third debate.

No way, he's going to have all the wikileak information to destroy her. When he went on the offensive, she was a deer in the headlights.
