My guess is their latest smear campaign claiming women accusing Trump of groping them 30 years ago.
Those women who were supposedly groped by DJT and just happened to recall this recently.

Defamation for their BS story they are telling today about the magical raising first class arm rest and groping and *gasp* kissing a woman in an elevator.
There is the ex-wife who claimed he forced himself on her during fighting over the divorce: she laughed this off herself when it came up earlier in the year.
There are two more women (accompanied by, you guessed it, Gloria Steinem) claiming Trump fondled them decades ago: one claims in the first-class compartment of a jet, another IIRC in the elevator of one of his office buildings.

Someone needs to come up with a list of Republican Politicians accused at the last minute of sexual harassment when the Dems needed to stop them:

...it'd also be interesting to track the legal disposition of these cases, if they were quietly dropped when the election was over.

It says defamation. This is the 2nd time the NYT has made up stories and printed as news. Though I also think he could sue under Net Neutrality, could make a bundle off networks with that one.
