A Frederick doctor found dead in his office Sept. 30 shortly after being named in a federal indictment likely killed himself, according to city police.
The Maryland Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine an official cause and manner of death. However, Frederick police said their review of evidence from Dr. Sandeep Sherlekar’s office in the American Spine Center indicated the 51-year-old took his own life, said Sgt. Andrew Alcorn, a Frederick police Criminal Investigations Division supervisor.
“We are ready to officially call it a suicide and we’re confident that the medical examiner’s office will determine the manner of death was a suicide,” Alcorn said. “There was video inside the business that we reviewed that [shows] the doctor was alone at the time of his death and leading up to it, and he also left several notes.”

The Frederick MD article did not mention the little detail that this was hitlery’s Doctor who was was anesthesiologist for surgeon that operated on hitlery’s blood clot.
The article below did not mention that the anesthesiologist Sandeep was indicted. Many anesthesiologists do pain management on the side though.

Maybe Sherlekar was going to threaten to release Hitlery’s medical diagnoses as a bargaining chip to get off lightly. This would be the time when he had maximum leverage. When the clintons got wind of this they could have called for the hit instead of making a deal. As an anesthesiologist, he would have had access to all of the records and certainly would have known if she had Parkinson’s, supranuclear palsy, or brain tumor. Release of thus type of info by a doctor would be way worse than any sex tape.

If the video shows that he was alone, then how come it doesn't show how he suicided?

Take it with a grain of salt, since it’s not from a long-standing reliable source. Although the writer points to the Clintons as possibly being involved, it’s just as likely that the doctor’s helping the FBI might’ve invited revenge from the CFO. or whomever else might’ve been profiting from the financial misdeeds.
Why didn’t the doctor give the med records info to several alternative- news organizations with instructions for release if he died?
Good question.
As for the suggestion the doctors backupo the info. One did just that giving it to his dad. His dad died jogging.
