Hillary Clinton, Paul Ryan and the relationship that could shape Washington
Washington Post ^ | 10.12.16 | Robert Costa and Philip Rucker

..... their relationship could become Washington’s most important in determining whether the federal government functions over the next four years, should Clinton win the presidency and Ryan retain his majority — as polls show is probable, although not certain, for both.

This year’s melodrama of a campaign has provided a window into the uneasy Trump-Ryan relationship, which appeared to reach its breaking point this week. What’s less clear is what a Clinton-Ryan relationship would look like.

Frankly, the best of worlds would have Hitlery lose and Ryan be removed as Speaker.

The House, if Louie Gohmert is apparently to be believed, was NOT HAPPY with Paul Ryan's public distancing from Trump.

So Ryan will win in Wisconsin. I hope they vote in another Speaker. Maybe Louie Gohmert?

It’s all hot air until Gohmert promises to file a motion to vacate the chair.

“What’s less clear is what a Clinton-Ryan relationship would look like.”

Someone should post an image of Hillary strapping on a d*ldo with Ryno bent over a Ned Beatty log.

If anything happens to Ryan it will be after the election. I hope there are enough Republicans to get rid of his sorry @ss.

Ryan is a leftist on immigration like Hillary, so we should expect something like the Gang of Eight (or worse) to be passed into law. The chief components would be citizenship for the vast majority of illegal aliens, no serious attempt to stop future illegal immigration, and a massive increase in already excessive levels of Democrat-importing legal immigration. In short, it will be the final nails in the demographic coffin of conservatism.

Absolutely...if they destroy Trump the GOP is a dead man walking.

In what universe is there a place for Paul Ryan at Hillary’s table? If they destroy Trump she will be dealing with Pelosi not the weasel from Wisconsin.

in determining whether the federal government functions over the next four years,

This is more true than WaPo is implying. The Federal Reserve has painted itself into a corner, with zero interest rates simply being used to prop up banks, and property and stock bubbles. The real economy is not growing, and average Americans are getting poorer.

Fed.gov created $1.4 Trillion debt last year, including money loaned from Soc. Security Trust Fund. And that is occurring during one of the longest supposed economic expansions on record. WHAT the hell happens if a recession starts? What happens to the deficit? What happens to interest rates? What happens to the US Dollar?

The statist, progressive left of both Democrat and RINO Republicans will be printing money and stealing from citizens as hard as they can when that happens. Ryan will help Clinton in this regard. Both are statists who see the needs of Fed.gov first, above all else.

Which is more dangerous to the future of the Republic?

A career politician with a proven track record of corruption and lawlessness who, as the darling of the US Political Media, will be able to thumb her nose at any attempt to check and balance her power (Even if a cowardly PC Congress or Judiciary would be ever willing to try)

A businessman, who career has demonstrated a respect for the rule of law, and whose power would be balanced by a hostile media and a suspicious Congress/Judicary?

in 2006, when Clinton appeared in Time’s “100 Most Influential People” issue, it was [Lindsey] Graham who penned a glowing tribute.

Bump.

The Uniparty is nothing new.

It’s just finally come out of the closet.

Ryan is shell shocked from the blowback. His sabotage backfired. You can’t connect to his office, it goes straight to voice mail. All his slimeball cohorts in on the planned sabotaging are deleting their tweets from the weekend. I am convinced that despite the polls, Trump is going to win. When his back is against the wall and he can run against the corrupt pillars of this county (Govt, Dems, Repubs, Media).

If this unholy pairing doesn’t scare people with half of a brain to vote for Trump, we are past being doomed as a country.

What have the Illiarily thugs offered Ryan to be an “et tu Brutus” to stab Trump in the back this past week?

Their “relationship”?

The Omnibus Budget tells you what their relationship will be. She will ask for 10 and he will give her 20.

This is something the DC Political/Media>Business elite has not figured out. The factors that fueled Trumps candidacy are not going away if he loses. Clinton is everything the American people loath about politics. Clamping the lid down on a pressure cooker never ends well.

This reminds me of the days leading up to the French Revolution. The American Political/Media elite are every bit as divorced from reality as the French Aristocracy was in 1787.

Best of world would be Hellary in jail and RYNO run out of DC on a rail.
