1. Louisiana Governor Blanco had 4-5 days warning that it was coming;
2. Federal laws say the Governor of a State must request fed assistance.
3. Bush asked her to request such, she didn't until too late;
4. Bush had already mobilized FEMA out of state awaiting Blanco's request;
5. Mayor Nagin was asleep at his watch so to speak. He is now in jail for other reasons.
6. NOLA cops were confiscating guns from little old ladies and others, while some were looting stores.
7. Many idiots didn't leave when they could, as just recently happened with Matthew.

To summarize IMO: Rosie O'Donnell is a "fat, piggish, mean, ugly soul." Guess I should give her some leeway for being fat - that's not a bad thing. Many very good people are fat.
