We will have to take things away from you for the common good - HRC.
She has found that the only way she can eat what she likes is to cook it herself. She likes what I used to cook when I baby sat and is developing a cook book, my son reports she is doing quite well.
Isn't that what the government is for?
They can text while driving.
Meh, I dropped a 318 out of a Dodge Dart in 30 seconds. I hit the gas, both motor mounts broke, and zip, pow, it was loose.
Baking soda, or salt works too
How many kids would understand what you posted, the Dart sucked.
I make my sons and daughter watch when I repair anything around the house.
Dang. I'll admit, I didn't do much work on things until I hit about 12, then it was as an apprentice gofer on my dad's car projects. But I had an Erector Set at 8, and I knew darn well how righty-tighty and lefty-loosie worked.
On most of those older MoPars, you can drop the entire driveline just by giving it a good, swift kick.
why should they learn anything, there are almost no jobs in this Obama Great Recession... and they can live off mama in her basement forever and ever
I used to let our son and daughter help.
Wonder if something like this wasn’t behind those mysterious civilizational collapses in history. Nobody knew how to do anything anymore, and when a big disruption came they just starved to death.
Oh, good grief. If you want a light bulb changed or an egg boiled, you tell the servants to do it. That’s what Chelsea does. Well, yes, it can be more complicated than that, sometimes you have to tell them in Spanish.
Doesn’t a robot do all those things? Or an illegal immigrant?
Or get someone to tell them in Spanish!
Sheesh.. who speaks directly to servants?
Poor pitiful Earthlings. Who can protect you now!
I baked homemade biscuits yesterday, today I baked fruit cakes. Can cook a breakfast to die for, bread,
Can whip up a stew, cook steaks. I just got done cooking up some pork chops on the grill. Coconut pies! WOW!
At the age of 70, I do well! As kids we learned to cook at 9 years old. It was called “Survival”.
Then I married a girl who is also a really good cook! No one at our house ever is hungry!
Pity today’s adults who think a bought pizza is all there is!
Before tacking new things or needing a refresher, I usually consult professor youtube. A few times, it was a real grief saver.
Can’t change a lightbulb? Man! I’ve rarely had to call a pro to do anything around our house which was a vandalized wreck when we bought it!
Only the metal roof and well had pros do the job. I just welded up some horseshoe holders to place my dutch oven lids and hot pans on!
At 70, I’m always busy! I used to rebuild auto engines, but these new fangled ones are beyond me!
