With early voting already underway in many of the states that will decide the presidency, Hillary Clinton is beginning to reap the benefits of years of Democratic efforts to target and register voters, even as Republicans steadily close their disadvantage in party registration.
The first wave of data from states like Florida and North Carolina shows preliminary signs that Mrs. Clinton was building a slight edge even before the revelation that Donald J. Trump had bragged about sexual assault roiled the race.

This is what used to agravate me about Medved’s contention, around the beginning of the year, that Trump couldn’t win.
My take was that as long as he can look presidential, he will get a lot of the hillary haters in the middle and on the left. And partly for the reason I didn’t like him: He’s no conservative.
I think it really helps him with this group if he goes to war with the GOPe.
Early voting means “fill out the form for your elderly and dead family, friends, and anyone mentally handicapped”, vote for yourself by mail in, and then show up and vote again in Nov.

True.. Early voting for Democrats means the first time they get to vote and then again on November 8th.
The GOP had control of BOTH houses for TWO YEARS and ONE HOUSE for more than THAT.
They ALSO had a PHONE AND A PEN.
They did NOTHING but collude with the Democrats.
Their actions with Trump mirror PAST gutless actions - Goldwater, DeLay, Gingrich.
