It does appear as if she has at least some sort of similar neurological damage.

That's possible. It is also plausible considering her blackout and subsequent vision problems.

Just her eyeballs whizzing around out of sync as they do IMO is proof of neurological damage.

All of her 'symptoms' match the known side effects of Levodopa.

See list in post 18 of this thread.

But it makes a HUGE difference what disease she has. Neurological impairment in the CIC is a serious problem.

It does and she could have some sort of neurological damage. If she has been diagnosed with Parkinsons then her prognosis is probably 10 years before any chance of major impairment.

Her eyes look fine in the videos I have watched. I wouldn’t necessarily trust something that pops up on youtube.

I mentioned this on another thread.

I was a professional photo journalist. My beat was sports, but I did political events from time to time.

When an event is televised no one is allowed to use flashes. There are some reasons for this, and none of them are related to seizures. One reason is that the flash on a pro camera is strong, and pretty long. Your eye reacts to it alright, but a video camera would not. It would leave a hot spot for a few seconds in the video as the sensors recovered.

The second reason is that it will screw up the white balance. Every flash has its own white balance. Since a strobe would over-power the studio lights for 1/250th of a second, the entire video picture will be “off” for a couple of seconds.

The third reason is that watching it on TV with flashes going off is annoying. Anyone watching a basketball game can tell you that constant flashing wrecks the experience.

Flashes CAN induce seizures. My daughter is one of them.

The flash units being banned from the event is not unusual. In fact, if they allowed flashes in there during the debate would be “news.”

Ok...now suggest that I am a Hillary bot because I know what I am talking about.

Two of the side effects of Levodopa, on the 'More Common' list:

Abnormal thinking: holding false beliefs that cannot be changed by fact

hallucinations (seeing, hearing, or feeling things that are not there)

Not exactly what we want in a President!

The main symptom of levodopa is dyskinesia. What you would see at the very least is a slight swaying or rippling in her body as she stood by herself away from the lectern. That didn't happen in the last debate, so she was not on levodopa, at least not a non-trivial dose. With Parkinsons there is no happy medium between lack of dopamine and too much dopamine. It is always one or the other. The stress of the debate would have caused tremors, or with levodopa to cover the tremors, dyskinesia. She had neither.

As I said above I would not rule out any sort of neurological damage considering her history of blacking out (often as Bill Clinton accidentally admitted) and the vision problem. And those are just the problems we have heard about or can see. But my experience with Parkinsons and levodopa is that she doesn't have it and is not on that medication.

You haven’t been paying close enough attention. (Which is fine—you probably have a life!) They have been going out here and there in videos for some time.

Because I know what Parkinsons looks like. There is also no way to medicate away symptoms like tremors without creating more symptoms (dyskinesia).

Funny you should mention dyskinesia. Dr. Noel shows us an example of that on the video - when she's on the plane after the debate.

Is he correct, or not? My link dumps you into the video at the dyskinesia spot [Wilson's sign]. :)

“now suggest that I am a Hillary bot because I know what I am talking about.”

Thanks for the explanation. I like explanations much better than bare naked assertions.

Thanks for the eye movement link (Wilson's sign). That pretty much sounds like what an expert would look for in very early Parkinsons since there would be few other symptoms. But as I watched the Hillary video I don't find it particularly convincing. I don't think the Dr is wrong, just speculating about the levodopa-induced dyskinesia.

In my experience there would be more involuntary whole body movement especially with high levels of the drug. If she has just the eye movement symptoms, and they are drug-induced, then she has low levels of the drug. If she is on low levels and it is medically necessary, then she has 10 years of adequate functionining at the least, probably 20 with good treatment.

I think she may have something neurological going on and be on some medications for it. It would sure be nice to know. But I think the Parkinsons speculation is thinly supported, unless like I said, it is very minor right now.

Not exactly. This would only be a continuation of what we now see sitting in our OO Being bounced from one alternate universe into another in the course of a decade, should make all of US a bag of nuts. Must be their conspiracy hard at work. Just give the hag her meds, give her dry mouth and perhaps then she’ll shut up and give up speaking. This was akin to those old serials in the theaters which were shown week after week. The story is never ending. And what do we have to replace THIS story but the next...that of MO and BO. I can only hope I’ll be called home before to many episodes are seen.

Do you have any familiarity with the 3-4 day “drug holiday” regimen he talks about?

No. I didn’t see him talk about that and have no experience with it. The level of dopamine in the brain from swallowed drugs varies greatly. It depends on other foods eaten (even when taking the pills on an empty stomach), how much is filtered out by the liver, and how much of the drug crosses the brain barrier. There is also a lot of desensitizing and drug holiday would make sense. I may try recommending that at some point when things get really bad (I am not a patient).

FYI, there is a whole series of YouTube videos featuring Dr. Ted Noel discussing HRC's medical problems. He goes under the YouTube name "Webtech Vidzette." They include video of HRC at public events which show symptoms consistent with Parkinson's disease and/or use of L-DOPA, a common drug used to treat Parkinson's.

In HRC's case, these symptoms are more subtle than in other Parkinson's patients. But Dr. Noel makes a scholarly professional argument suggesting that she probably has Parkinson's and is being treated with L-DOPA, with dosing schedule targeted for maximum possible performance at the debates.

Now if this Parkinson's diagnosis is correct, the prognosis is gradual neurological deterioration, including dementia.

Yet another major reason why an HRC presidency would be disaster!

Hi, 93!

There is universal unease with the state of Hillary’s health, we can take comfort in that. But this cult stuff has no legs among the mainstream public, or media.

No one has time for it, while we’re in the middle of breaking news everywhere, and a raging media battle going on out there in the real world.
