First time I’ve seen empty seats anywhere though, upper balconies. Surely to God the people aren’t going to abandon this man, we’re finished if that happens.
How can there be empty seats if the fire marshal is turning people away?
Because of the amount of folks on the floor area standing, the max capacity for the structure may have been reached. The fire marshal may have said the building is at its limit for safe exiting case of an emergency.
Seat are empty because the floor is full
