True. They must have prepared her for the question and a way to rationalize that statement.

Lincoln understood the need for bringing the American People to the place where they were ready for abolition of slavery.

Hillary holds a private position to deceive and get elected.

That was a beat down of epic scope and proportion. He hit on so many things, I felt like I was watching the ending of a “Godfather” movie. The Dons Corleone were proud of his evisceration of such a vile enemy.

Henceforth, he shall be known as “Don Don”.

The GOP-E/Vichy Republican types better understand they’re next up for massacre.

BURN THE WHOLE THING DOWN, DON DON!!! DO IT!!!

Defect to Russia and hook up with Snowden They’ll have a lot to talk about.

No, Felonia is a derogatory name for the PIAPS. She whom we do not name, Satan’s Prom Queen, Madam Benghazi the Cold and Joyless also known as the the National Ex-wife and the Wife of Monica Lewinski’s Boyfriend.

In other words the Clintbitch

After Trump announced he will appoint a special prosecutor it makes it all but certain the Obamanation of Desolation will issue a pardon. What that does is put the PIAPS in the same boat as Nixon. We can hope that the Obmanation of Desolation forgets to pardon Chelsea. Trump should go after the Clintdog Foundation where Chelsea is (I Think) the CEO. Leave the PIAPS and Bill alone. Throw Chelsea in prison. THAT is how this should play out. Give the PIAPS an ultimatum: Waive the pardon Chelsea and her husband go to jail on Ricco charges.

I and my wife loved the whole debate. he knew that the "moderators and Hillary were going to hold onto the words like pit bulls and he bided his time before opening his can of whoop-ass.

Then he proceeded to whoop some ass....

Then suddenly, Obama will issue the pardon a week before Trump's Inauguration.
I don't think you can be pardoned until you are charged, no?

Keep in mind that these were media-selected undecideds, right?

Is it possible that the more Trump says just exactly THIS, the more votes he gets?!?!

What a great debate!

Gerald Ford pardoned Nixon and he was never charged.

Sorry. Do not get your hopes upu.

No matter how much she deserves it ( A Lot!) Hillary! will not be prosecuted.

If political criminals can expect to be prosecuted when they leave office or lose elections, then there is no reason for them to peacefully transfer power. Every election will have the potential to become a civil war.

The peaceful transfer of power is critical to survival of the USA.

So, once a government official, upon leaving office, is, and probably should be, immune to prosecution for his crimes him office. Likewise, defeated candidates should probably not be prosecuted for any crimes discovered during the campaign. (Prosecute them BEFORE they become candidates!)

There's no such thing as a "political" crime: only political prosecutions.

The transfer of power is a function of our system, not the office holder.

Watching the debate, you could see that Hillary was unprepared to handle the revelation about her having a public and a private face in politics. She basically ad lib’d on the spot, and pulled the Lincoln reference out of thin air.

She almost pulled it off, but mid way through, her logic completely fell apart, thus giving Trump a fantastic opening, which he immediately capitalized on.

I just cannot agree with you here. Protected from political persecution perhaps, but not from criminal prosecution. There is no reason on earth that any politician, bureaucrat or public employee should be able to break the law (in many cases, we see it being done flagrantly) and get away with it just because of who they are or the office they hold/held. In fact, I argue that they must be held to a much higher standard. Perhaps the threat of prosecution and accountability might give them incentive to obey the law in the first place!

Do you think Obama would step down if he thought he would be prosecuted after leaving office?

Or would he declare martial law and start rounding up his opponents?

Remember when the Democrats wanted to go after Bush II for ‘war crimes?’ They didn’t for just the reasons I have brought up.

Not being prosecuted for political ‘differences of opinion’ (even if they ARE criminal...) is a large part of the basis for the orderly and peaceful transfer of power in this country.

If Trump has a rejuvenated DoJ go after Hillary! after the election (as she deserves...), he sets a precedent for every subsequent election. Not a good thing.

CNN did not supply the debate questions to Hillary.

Hillary had the Russians HACK the CNN computers to get the questions.

What you and I know to be criminal acts are just ‘differences of opinion’ to the political class, who do not feel bound by the rules they make for us ‘little people.’

I’d like to see Hillary go down. I’d like to see DC mucked out (with a nuke if necessary) but the consequences for subsequent elections and for what remains of the Republic could be very bad.

There are so many laws that pretty much everybody is a felon, esp. anyone with ambition or achievements. If politicos face prosecution after leaving office or losing an election, then the civil war is inevitable.
