I have a theory that Clinton operatives have exposed him to something that causes that. He sniffled at the first debate, too. But I haven’t noticed any sniffling when he is giving speeches out on the campaign trail.

He inhales through the nose...not a big deal..actually healthier than breathing through the mouth. There’s really nothing strange about it..but it is audible.
