Someone posted this as being an Ike pic which I've never seen in response to a guy who was tying his boat to some palm trees in FL, riding it out.

I thought it a hoax until I realized it does look like the beginning of the bridge, and the truck wears it's insp/dps pics like we do (did) in TX, even though I can't make out the plates.
