I'm assuming the outer eye is the obvious structure that is several times the diameter of the inner eye. Is this correct?

I reached them...they were doing a check around the house...he did say they specifically choose this house also because elevated above the other houses.......if they get any surges it will come from St. John’s Bay but they’re enough elevated it shouldn’t be a problem.
They do expect power outages, rain and wind...but are set.
