The moderator continually changes the subject when Pence scores a body blow (e.g. emails) and allows Kaine to talk over Pence; and cautions *both* when Kaine is the only one at fault.
I wish Pence would say something like, gee, I can’t see Kaine’s lips move when you talk.
One can quibble but for the most part the moderator is letting both of them go at each other. This moderator is about as good as it gets these days. :-)
