On July 22 Hillary Clinton announced Tim Kaine as her running mate. Kaine is a Democrat Senator from Virginia who supports a ban on 15-round “clips” and “assault weapons,” and who wants to enact a law to hold gun dealers liable for the misuse of firearms.
During the June 26 airing of Meet the Press, Kaine told Chuck Todd that he voted for an “assault weapons” ban before and "would likely vote for it again." But he stressed that he believes “limitations on the size of magazines and ammunition clips” is the first step to take.
Todd asked Kaine if he believes the sale of AR-15 rifles ought to be illegal, and Kaine offered no direct answer, Instead, he suggested the problem with banning certain rifles is that the ban can be circumvented.

I lived in Richmond during his term as mayor. He’s a hard-core gun grabber from way back. He got into trouble back then for using City funds to transport marchers to DC for the Million Mom March.

Tim Kaine should be held liable, including punitive damages, for any destruction or restriction of Second Amendment rights.
So should we make drug companies liable for those who misuse their products and die or even become addicted? Same for auto manufactures, when their products kill via misuse? How about natural gas companies when someone then blows out the the pilot flame, then deliberately turns on a gas stove, closes and seals the windows tightly to murder someone? How about baseball bat manufacturers when their product is used to kill?. Anyone who makes knifes for cooking usage and kills someone up close and personal? Their are literally millions of products that can be used to kill people, perhaps we just need to stop producing all goods!!!
While we're at it let's hold farmers liable for misuse of food and auto manufacturers liable for misuse of their cars.
