Regards to weather, up north we are indoors for a few months when it's too cold outside. The same idea in the south - locals just stay indoors when it's just too hot outside few a few months. I'd take the heat over the cold any day.
I agree with you. The only thing I miss about up north, is deer hunting.
Both boats are pulled and secure. Kevlar screens down on the patio, generator tank topped off.
