Garbage. Our nation depends on confining the federal government to its constitutional limits. It is the failure to do so that got us into this mess to begin with.

He is right to question the US alliance.
There is no upside in it. The US isnt going to prevent war with China, nobody trusts the US now, and the last thing the country needs is to be fought over by China and a US alliance, because the only sure loser there is the Philippines.
What China wants is a friendly Philippines that will give it a place from which it can completely control the China Sea and thus control all the trade of East Asia. Those are the stakes.
This is nothing new. The situation is determined by simple geography, and has been the subject of strategic studies for well over a hundred years.
The country is useful as a strategic position for the great powers, who havent much regard at all for the people inhabiting those strategic positions.
An earlier Philippine president, the first modern one Manuel Quezon (who was a slick Washington operator) tried to keep the country out of WW2 by making a deal with the Japs. He failed, with the consequences we all know.
The same situation then as now. A Philippine President can’t help but think of the situation in 1940-41.
The Filipinos like Americans better than anyone else, but survival is survival.
Not false analogies. The worst they did to Romney was that he hated the 47%(freeloaders) and once drove a dog tied to his sunroof(or something). They never went after Paul Ryan, for example. McCain was called a-once-maverick turned typical-conservative and was loathed for his Palin pick, but McCain himself was facing nowhere close to the same vitriol than what Trump is facing right now.
Let’s face it, if it had been Yeb vs Clinton, Yeb would be inundated with Bush Derangement, which would have been mild compared to what Trump is facing now. Trump is just out of worldly when it comes to pushing the right media buttons. If he gets 60% of the votes, it would still mean 40% absolutely hate him. Just visceral negativity towards Trump from the media, elites, and the liberals. If moderates start hating him, he would be in trouble. But the moderates sort of like his candor and honesty.

CIA ran the Boy-Sex rings also—major one was right inside the White House in late 80s, early 90s. They are sick, evil, demonic people who will kill anyone, even children.

China used to have a massive problem with opium addiction. It was enough to finance Britain’s trade with China; sell Chinese opium in return for silk, porcelain etc. Mao took over and he imposed the death penalty for opium users. From what I can tell it was Mao’s most successful policy.
It is no Americans business what the Phillipine government is doing. If you feel strongly about it, go there and tell them to stop. If that doesn’t work pull a gun on those carrying out the policies and make them stop. Tell me how that goes.
As long as America does not get it in her mind to interfere and do a “little nation building” like we have been doing to rave revues for 100 years, it is their problem.
