Trump should fire Comey and appoint someone who will follow up on the Clinton email server scandal, Clinton Foundation and Operation Fast & Furious

So lets update it for 2017 shall we.....

Correction: the credibility of the FBI is shot to hell. Just look at the massive outcry from FBI agents whose careers would have ended over just a smidgen of what Cankles has done... (crickets)

How does the Director of the FBI get to just make-up law.
Comey should be prosecuted for his many crimes.
I would start with that Gollum look-alike that runs the IRS.
His second should be to have him indicted for conspiracy.
Yes. And if Comey does not resign immediately, then fire him based on his failure to indite Hillary. Then charge him for hiding Hillary email.
Maybe that was why Comey was all emotional at the hearing. He knows Trump is going to win and knows he’s headed for a real investigation.
Can congress impeach him?
I can’t imagine that someone could be guaranteed a 10 year term no matter what they do.
If Trump can prove that Comey ignored wrongdoing then the better tactic would be to charge him criminally, impeach him, have him removed from office, and then tried in criminal court.
Trump needs to replace all the chief bureaucrats in all constutionally undefined federal agencies in the executive branch with state sovereignty-respecting citizens who will make such agencies lame duck agencies. Such agencies are unconstitutional front-ends for Congress imo.
But corrupt Congress probably won’t let him get away with doing it.
Don’t think you can be pardoned for a crime you haven’t been charged with. So in a way the lack of filing charges by the FBI might not work out so well for Hillary in the long run.
Amen.
If the President lacks the power, congress MUST impeach Comey.
Comey is a disgrace.
