An African-American man was shot in an encounter with El Cajon Police Tuesday, multiple witnesses said, while a woman wailed nearby, demanding to know why police shot her brother. Hours later, police officers told NBC 7 San Diego the man was acting erratically and failed to comply, although they did not release details on the specific threat he presented to officers.

Those of you familiar with El Cajon are probably wondering why the cops would shoot the ONLY black man in the whole town.
How did he get to the states from Africa?
I’m going to ask this plainly and simply:
Why don’t black people - especially black men from their teens to their mid-30s - behave better when law enforcement is around?
If the cops were the problem the victims would be of all races, or at least there’d be a lot more variety in the “cop shoots a guy” stories. The common denominator is black men misbehaving.*
*Yes, I acknowledge that there are some bad shoots and those cops get prosecuted. I’m talking overall big picture here.

KCAL 9 here in LA goes with the headline “Cops shoot black man” seriously, that was the headline, figures its LA and the media here is far left
Which was stupid too. He carried his grudge on his sister over towards the fuzz.
A lot of these are NOT “a black man walked down the street whistling ‘Sweet Georgia Brown’ and a cop bumped into him and sent him to eternity posthaste.” It’s “Black people chucked their trash out on the cops and then wondered why it was treated like trash.”
