Without going over the whole thing in detail, both Trump and hillary were wearing Lavelier mikes (in addition to the podium mikes) as you can clearly see (above) in posts #13 is this thread.
They are wireless to allow freedom of motion, therefore, their wire goes into a small tranmitter, usually placed on the lower back of the person. News people and public speakers wear these frequently.
The small transmitter sends the voice signal to a receiver nearby, where it is mixed with the podium mic by the sound people. This signal then goes out over the network to their large transmission system.
So, if someone took a picture from the back of Trump leaning over, we would see the bulge due to the transmitter box and the wire between HIS mic and the box. Does that mean he has a receiver and is receiving signals from others? No. It means he, too, is wearing a Lavalier mic.
Think about this. If you were hillary's people, who have access to the very best tech people in the world, you would easily be able to come up with a system that would not show the outline of the box and the wire. A sharp high school kid could figure out how to hide it.
Also, hillary supposedly had a wired earpiece in her right ear. Some people claim they see a wire going into her ear. Blow this very clear picture up as large as you want and you aren't going to see a wire.
As much as we would like to think that she was cheating (since that is her way of life) we have to face up to the fact that she practiced extensively and memorized a large amount of material while she was holed up with her "pneumonia." She also skipped a number of appearances and used that time to practice. They knew that she had to look very informed for this first debate. Look at her face while she is talking. There are no tells that she is listening to someone.
