federal judge who does this; unconstitutionally overrules states constitutional sovereignty.

He is exactly,who you would expect him to be - a Clinton appointee, approved by the Senate in 1997!
In 2004, he sent federal marshals to arrest a critic, for calling him a "fu*k up!"
He is one of those idiots that Orin Hatch approved "because the president was elected and he should have his choices!!!!!"

When did this ‘judge’ become king? He is just another gov employee, like anyone else.
The school should ignore his edicts. The state legislature should start impeachment proceedings to kick the king out of office.
