And you know that little seed of truth he just slipped in there. Folks in cities(blacks) deserve better than to live in that hell. She did not even realize how dangerous to her that little seed is and just let that one go by but THAT one may be her undoing. Her appeal was to that segment of the black community that wishes to carry though they are felons. Her appeal was to the BLM types who may vote but in trivial numbers. His appeal was to blacks who just want to live peaceful, normal lives, who DO vote and see first hand what 7 decades of libtards have done to their lives. If that seed is nurtured carefully for the next six weeks he could seriously damage her. In ways that slandering him will have no impact on.

She really is a one trick pony. Her facile grasp of the minutiae of Wonkdom is not gonna change one vote. All she has is slander and media accomplices. He needs to forget all that, look the camera in the eye and speak to her voters and sell them. He is America’s best closer. He needs to act like it. He needs to convince her voters that his vision of their future is better than theirs. Endless banalities about how great everything Trump is wastes precious time. EVERYTHING he says has to be directed at THE REAL TARGET. Taking her voters away from her. That is the opportunity that brings him into the lion’s den. He needs to BE DANIEL.

“....many people tend to follow whatever trend is set for them by the media so I expect her to be up by 4-5 points in the polls in the coming week”

************************************************************

LOL, are you serious? Are you saying the media has NOT been setting the trend or attempting too by their reporting over the past weeks and months? I don’t know what affect if any this debate will have on the trend lines but if past elections are any indication it will be very little if any.

Know of course I fully expect the liberal pollster will all roll out their push polls but I highly doubt any minds were changed at all last night.

I watched it, and he won it.

It had 3 sections.

He clearly took the first round.

He won the second round and had to keep the referee from holding his arms while the other guy punched.

He fought the moderator and the candidate in the final round and did an admirable job.

3 Round Olympic bout, and Trump was up on all 3 judges’ score cards.

Quote:

“Hillary was prepared.
Trump was not.”

Hillary lied like a worn-out rug.
Trump did not.

The “moderator” was a real-time “fact-checker” who had no facts and worked for Hillary.

Results of “debate”:

Trump vs. Clinton: Inconclusive
Lester Dolt and the MSM: Catastrophic loser.

This “debate” was the 1st half of a football game. With two more “debates” to go this “debate” will be forgotten by next week. The 2nd half will decide the game.

The update on the online polls, for whatever they are worth, shows Trump up 65-35 percent in the CNBC poll with 700,000 votes cast (he was actually down 54-46 last night after the debate) and he is holding at 52-48 with over 1.3 million votes cast in the online Time Magazine poll. Obviously, these numbers probably do not include many of Hillary’s inner city supporters or even older Trump supporters who don’t go online, but they are unscientific but would seem to put away the notion that the hysterics like Chris Matthews are spewing that this was a runaway for Hillary.

You know these aren't scientific polls. I know they aren's scientific polls. But the average public skool grad doesn't. The fence straddlers will look at these bogus polls and hopefully be drawn to Trump by them.

Here’s a killer line that Trump left behind (didn’t react to Hillary appropriately):

When Hillary said that she was doing debate prep, and added that she was also preparing to be president of the U.S., Trump should have answered with:

“You’re going to tell me that a few days of prepping for a debate, is also going to prepare you for the presidency, even after YOUR 30 years of failure?”

“So, you’re admitting that you were a failure in all of those 30 years in public life, including Senator and SOC and first lady, and you believe that you can undo all of those years of failure by doing a few days of “prepping for the presidency”?

Trump missed to many opportunities to nail Clinton to the wall. To name one, how about "National security and cyber security." This was an opportunity to wrap her email server and personal data devices around her neck and drown her. Her selfishness, stupidity, carelessness and poor judgement allowed the exposure of unclassified information and God knows how much harm. National security and cyber security should have been a slam dunk for Donald.

To her credit: Hillary was well prepared; she lied extremely well; she had a bias moderator supporting her. To her discredit, she came across arrogant, demeaning and presumptive - and that's why we love her (s\).

I'm sorry to say, but I think Hillary won the debate, hands down. The average Joe can't discern truth from lies unless someone has facts to counter them. Just saying "no" as Donald did frequently, is not a rebuttal.

I saw Trump clearly won the debate as the polls indicate, but he missed several opportunities. I believe he will do even better next time.

Lester Holt was a leftist idiot who interrupted Trump with wrong fact checks (ex. Search & Frisk is unconstitutional), never asked Clinton on a host of damaging subjects, and called for quiet when the audience cheered Trump but didn’t do the same when they did it for Clinton. He needs to be rebuked for his obvious liberal bias.

Yeah, he made it a point that he was being nice to her, holding back on things. There was a lot of low-hanging fruit he ignored. This time.

Are you sure?

Mr. Trump is just warming up!

Yet I see polls that say Trump won. Go figure.

MY take on the debate is that both candidates did nothing to truly hurt themselves and neither did anything to truly hurt their opponent. So in that respect it was a draw.

BUT, when you add in the performance of the moderator you now have Trump not hurting himself with any off the cuff remarks, and you have both Clinton and the moderator not hurting Trump despite a concerted effort to do so. For that reason and that alone Trump ends up winning a narrow decision.

Now, let's be honest here -- the HEALTH ISSUE is off the table (for now). Hillary did not cough, did not stumble, did not need a stool, did not spazz out. So that is a win for her in that regard. But, she also did nothing to change the image of her as a mean-spirited holier than though harpy.

In the end the takeaway from all the swipes at Trump, all the references to her grand-daughter, all the attempts at "I feel your pain" was that Hillary is just the Same old same old - Raise taxes, raise spending, gun control, no nukes no nukes no nukes Left wing liberal.

Finally, did either score any true GOTCHA points. Well, there were 3 moments that brought an audience reaction and two of them were won by Trump. And in the end the only thing that anyone remembers out of everything that was said are these two things:
I could say some nasty things right now too, but I won't
I will release my tax returns when you release the contents of the 33,000 deleted emails from your illegal server

If those are the things people are talking about and remembering -- then it was a win for Trump.

For a guy who came up with The Apprentice he has to know the value of these debates. He has rallies for folks who already support him. These debates are his chance to take voters from her. That being the case answering slander from the moderators and Herself just wastes time and strips him of that opportunity. He simply has to keep the mission first in his mind out there. She and the media don’t realize that the bias CAN be turned against them. Not by pointing it out, that is a waste of time. It is obvious and a given. Let it go. MISSION, MISSION, MISSION.

A brief casual remark to the home viewers like, “Folks, it is obvious the moderators and Hillary are more interested in slandering me than addressing the huge problems they have created...$20 Trillion...inner city violence and crime...illegal and inappropriate immigration that exacerbate the first two.”. THAT should be his response to EVERY question. If asked about the damn WEATHER his response should be $20 Trillion in debt...inner city violence and crime... REPEAT AD NAUSEUM. Make them choke on the mess they made.

I could be wrong, I am no professional political advisor but I have been watching these things since Carter vs Ford. While there have been historically a couple of deadly moments like “you are no JFK.”. When debates have helped a candidate this is how it is done. While he is on his feet he simply has to remember the DAMN MISSION. Take her voters away from her. They won’t watch his commercials. They don’t go to his rally’s. His chance to talk to them is to catch them where they are, tuning in to see HER. It is his one shot at them. If he can open their eyes to a couple simple realities he can take some. Hammer a few things. Ignore distractions. Don’t waste valuable time.

Trump must have been advised to convince the independants he can show restraint. No disrespectful bully type outbursts when baited repeatedly would help those who are on the fence in voting for him. He proved last night he could do that. His core supporters would have liked for him to go for the jugular and he didnt. KellyAnne Conway highlighted his restraint in the after interviews. He scored points with those folks and kept his supporters who would have been delighted for him to pound her like he did Rosie ODonnel.

The idea that T lost or had a bad night is mostly owing to the expectations in the heads of people who, in ,fantasy, gave too much weight to the effect of Clintons bald faced lies. Lying is what she does.

I wonder how long Hillary will go into hibernation to recover from last night. Does she have any events planned for the next few days like Trump? If she’s off the campaign trail I think that’s telling.

This SJW speak..."I say he lost so that's ends the conversation". Arrogant if you look at the polls by real voting Americans this AM they disagree. So you can remove your hands from your ears and maybe one up your rear.
