Vote taken, we lost...It did not get put in the CR...Told “The negotiators did not put it in” Not sure who “The Negotiators are” but told Duffy’s office would hare been nice to know to have included them...
Not sure what if anything can be done at this point. Duffy worked on this for 3 years, they said OCt. 1 the transfer will occur.
I cannot get thru to a person in Cruz office.
Perhaps leaving a “polite” comment for McConnell and Ryan? is in order, I don’t appreciate a lat afternoon scheduled 11:00 p.m. Vote.
I am very frustrated folks, the media simply ignored the issue—I heard Hannity radio had FCC Governor on talking about it Wed (at time they were scheduling the vote in Congress), but that is it...Everything is about Trump Hillary and the Debate...They simply had no time or desire to cover the issue so case was not made.
Very frustrating when leadership decides at 5:00 p.m. to schedule an 11:00 p.m. vote :( I told Duffy’s office this as well.
Can Trump do something about this? Who knows, ,but for those of you who said don’t worry,, Trump will fix it, hope so...Or for those who said, no worries we will build a new one—would be nice.
For now, it is scheduled to leave US on October 1.

Got thru to Cruz offices, the offices are still open and messages will be forwarded
Cruz has just sent a letter to the NTIA National Telecommunication Information Administration (in the Dept. of Commerce) asking that the transfer be delayed until Congress can vote on this issue as it was not part of the House or Senate votes this week.
Suggested contacting leadership MCCONNELL AND COYNYN TO LET THE KNOW YOU WANT NTIA TO DELAY TRANSFER AND A VOTE IN SENATE.
That is the best we can do for now...I will be leaving comments with them as well as House Leadership...
