Good point. Newt would be an excellent choice for his coach. Along with Stephen Miller I might add. I was really impressed with one of the speeches I heard him give during the primaries. I think it was in the run up to the Indiana primaries.

Newt would be great TV as a debate coach! Hope Kelli Anne reads FR!

I watched on c-span,org to avoid talking heads, etc.

The 3 or 4 minutes leading up to the start, the raw feed showed Holt and some audio engineers making microphone adjustments because they didn't have it 'right'.

Read into it what you will.

I would think a lower mic would pick up more nasal sound, also.

The beast’s podium was larger, too which made an optical illusion of her not being as fat as she is. The dems are slick and know every trick in the book.

“They also boosted his sniffling.”

Trump’s sniffling was also very suspicious.

Maybe Lester Holt put a substance that Trump is allergic to all over his podium.

He had to physically move his head to speak into the mic, while she did not. I'm not suggesting that this was a 'dirty trick' on the part of the debate producers, but ...

Oh, I am. Plus they saturated the set with the blue color that calms Parkinson's symptoms.

No, I’m a broken-glass die-hard Trump fan, but he often sniffles at the beginning of his rally speeches. It’s a nervous thing. I have a relative who does that.
