Since this happens pretty much every weekend in Chicago, I'm not sure why this is relevant.
As Ripley say's in Aliens...: "I say we take off and nuke the entire site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure."

BTW, much more lenient gun laws in MI & Detroit. Citizens there arm themselves and do shoot thugs, but sadly, but Detroit is still a violent city.

Role models are other thugs...proof of manhood becomes, 1. get some girl pregnant or, 2. shoot someone
Free stuff is lost, if anyone gets a job; and, free stuff is lost - same if the couple gets married.
Problem is the black community doesn’t look at the government WAR ON POVERTY as the root cause. Somehow, even to the black pastors, this is the new normal - and no one wants to talk about this elephant in the room.
