I posted before about the eye. That could fluctuate for a number of reasons, tired, stress, etc. the Sinus Thrombosis could explain that.

Watch her left eye. It keeps pegging hard right for an instant 20-30 times a minute. Like watching a reptile thing on a Sci-Fi movie. Makes me queasy and I find myself looking away after watching that train-wreck for a minute or two.

There should be a telephoto high-definition video camera focused on her face the whole 90 minutes.

Watch not only for weird eye movements, but also measure how often she blinks.

Brain-diseased patients often do not blink easily or often.

That could be why she gets red-eye after 20 minute speeches, because its been 20 minutes since her last medicated eyedrops

It was an ‘aura’ that’s what it is called. It happens a lot with people who are prone to seizures. It gives a warning that one is imminent.
