I will never pay for someone elses college. I paid for mine the hard way and I’ll be damned if you give it away now. No Sir!! And I want my tax dollars paid back in full on the student loans!!

You touch on an important point, namely, why the heck has college gotten so expensive? College costs have risen far more than the rate of inflation in recent decades, which in turn has caused so many students to go deeper and deeper into debt.
