Am I the only one who doesn’t like red as our color? Blue was Reagan’s color and red is equivalent to commie, more appropriate for Dems.
I agree. The color for Republicans was Blue, up until 2000. Then the networks decided to use Blue for Dems. The MSM probably decided that Red for Dems would be too appropriate and that voters would subliminally start to see that the Dems really are red, like the Commies.

I’ve heard that it was in 2000 when the election results were “indeterminate” for some weeks that the public got used to Gore being blue (it was the Democrats turn to be blue) and the public got used to Bush being red (Republican turn to be red that year).
But I believe that as the Democrats became more and more obviously in favor of international socialism, the decision was made that it would be AWKWARD for the communists be be in-your-face RED. So they froze the colors with the patriotic party being red and the anti-Americans being blue.
Of course, the GOPe became just as “red” as the Democrats. So we had two red parties — one wearing red and one wearing blue.
And then there’s Trump.

Although blue is my favorite color in general, I like the red for politics. Yes, red was the color of communists, but Nancy Reagan made red her color. Red is bold, energetic. Blue is cold. Hillary made her convention way too blue with the backdrops and everyone wearing blue. It was hard on the eyes.
Never liked us being given the communist color by the media.

Red is The representation of our Lord Savior’s blood that was shed for you and me! That’s the way I like to see it! Red is good! Red=hope!
Only in his second election. In the first it was red. That was because then the incumbent party was blue and the challenger was red.
I get it with the red, but I choose to think instead of commies, of rather the blood of Jesus. For some, that might help.

You are not alone!!! It ticks me off that *someone* changed our color. The main reason I am ticked is as you said, red is the commie color and the dims are definitely the commie party.
That's why the Left-Stream Media switched the colors.
The Dems are Commies and Fascists, but they didn't want to be publicly identified as "Reds".
