Sitting with knees to face for a few minutes and getting the inflammation down usually takes care of it. Part of the problem is too much time driving
4-5 hours a day behind the wheel for several days this week messes with an old injury. I could REALLY use a Trump Helicopter for a few days. — complete with pilot.

Today is Sunday, and it's traditional to start a single Sunday Talk Show thread (at one point, it was nicknamed the Sunday Shout Show thread). You'll find that one in the Breaking News sidebar. The originator starts it early Sunday AM, but waits until Sunday -- not on Saturday AM.
Many posters maintain ping lists of people that wish to read or participate in certain subjects. nikos1121 opened this thread with his ping list, and that's great. All the interested parties can find the thread, and if it's an active thread it will continually appear at the top of the "activity" thread.
But, when this one falls off the "breaking news" sidebar, there will be a half-dozen of them started until the sidebar moderator picks one and kills off the rest of them. So, you'll have one group of people still posting/following this thread, and another posting/following the new one.
This is nothing more than an observation from someone that has been here for the debates and election nights for the past four Presidential elections, and all the off-year elections in between.
