Actually, by her own admission, she saw the homeowner standing outside near the Hillary for Prison sign, then slowed to a stop and flipped him the bird.
The cop told her that such actions could be construed as creating a public disturbance and she could be arrested and hauled off to the hoosegow.

Not entirely true. She got a warning (whether or not the idiot listened). The cop tried his best to explain to her that what she did was very close to disturbing the peace and causing a traffic incident (by slowing down for no reason), as well as inciting a disturbance. He told her that the guy was installing cameras in front of his house and if he records her doing it again, she'll be liable for a variety of charges.
You cannot just assume that libtards will settle for being offensive jerks. He could have legitimately followed her long enough to write down her license plate. But at that point, he should have disengaged.
He still needs to get a surveillance camera for his front yard, because if she gets her ‘pay attention to me’ fix, she will be back, just like any other junkie.
Watching that video gives me the impression of the type of urban big city

A lot of Trump supporters feel very threatened and unsafe because of angry, hateful people like this woman. We have to wonder what more they might do if they think they can get away with it.

I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s been harassing the home owner for far more than this incident.
She'd been repeatedly behaving in a harassing manner, posting photos of his house and political signs to her Facebook page, etc.
I sincerely doubt flipping him off is all that she's done.
