Scenario 1.
Hillary will cancel believing it is better to maintain her status in the polls rather than risk real or perceived health problems during the debate.
Scenario 2.
Hillary shows up and has health issues and possibly baits Trump for sympathy
Scenario 3.
Hillary takes on Trump but resorts to her playbook with diversions. She is a pro at taking the focus away from her and her associates and trying to put it on others. Trump has plenty of ammunition. Could be interesting.

The visual will kill her immediately. Trump will look presidential, Hillary will look like a grandmother. That visual is all Trump needs, he is presidential, she is a tired old grandmother. People will not be able to get that image out of their heads. All the great policy, all the toughening it out will fade in 48 hours, that visual will not. Come November voters will vote what they remember.
Amazing, isn't it? If she looks okay at the debate, and gets through the entire 90 minutes without some sort of medical episode, the media will consider it a "resounding win" for Hillary.
She will be on the right drug cocktail to keep her alert and calm for a couple of hours before they wear off. She will be out of sight before the side effects kick in.
It is projected 112 million will be watching!

Those debates are a game, I refuse to watch, since 1988.
LBJ died four years almost to the day after leaving office in 1969. Without state power Johnson had nothing else to live for. He smoked & ate himself to death.
I recall hearing the news; I had recently returned from Vietnam (not last one out but close) and I rejoiced that the evil SOB had croaked.
Hillary is older now than LBJ was when he died, FWIW.
