The blacks who lived in South Central LA got pushed out by the illegal alien invasion and a bunch of them landed in San Berdoo... which already had plenty of problems.

The local AF base closed down taking a lot of jobs with it. The city hasn’t got the money to hire enough police. The city has become drug and welfare riddled... a higher crime ratio than Chicago.

They could just put a fence around it and call it a prison, might solve a few problems.

I doubt it. More likely it is just a bunch of confusing reports from people at the mall. They are still getting first-hand reports from a lot of people even a couple of hours after the incident, since many of these folks were barricaded in stores for a long while.
