Oh it’s near Klipsan Beach but permanently rented.
Questions:
In the green oval, the brown thing on the top. Is that the stock?
The dark thing sticking down out of the brown part. Is that the barrel? Looks too fat? Is it a strap? Or is it a strap and/or barrel together?
In the blue circle, is he holding a bag or case?
What do you think?
Carefully look at his LEFT HAND. It clearly appears that he is holding something...
Something is going on there in this shot, too. The dark area between his shirt and arm is not that black molding on the wall. It goes up too far. Looks as if he is holding something.
He walked in, saw his ex was working. He returned to car, got gun. He walked in, called her name to get her attention. He shot her, Coworkers, and those who tried to intercede/help. His family has now come forward. He fled in his car. The “Hispanic in grey” was simply a similar ethnicity person who was fleeing the carnage.
Read into it if you will but I just watched the KOMO newscast. It showed the investigation scene and HSI (Homeland Security Investigations was there). Their jurisdiction is Immigration and Customs.
I agree, I saw that in the first photo as well but forgot to mention it. You have better eyed than I, good catch. Now all the inept law enforcement agencies need to do is get him “Dead, or Alive”... l prefer the former. It would save the taxpayers tens of millions of dollars.

This is one of the strangest multiple killings I can remember. Like a ghost, comes and goes. No one knows anything. Any witness (there were plenty, I am sure) are as silent as the tomb.

OAK HARBOR, Wash. – The gunman wanted for killing five people Friday evening in Burlington’s Cascade Mall is in custody, according to Island County Sheriff Office. The sheriff’s office said 20-year-old Arcan Cetin was taken into custody in Oak Harbor almost 24-hours after he walked into the Macy’s at the shopping center and killed four women and a man. I just read on another site, quoting FR, that he’s from Turkey, and photos of cops having him in custody. Aaaaaand It’s Mozlems.
And because he’s a mozlem, he killed four other people. Death penalty is needed.
