Five Clinton aides received immunity deals in FBI probe
Washington Examiner ^ | 9/23/2016 | Sarah Westwood

Cheryl Mills, Hillary Clinton's former chief of staff, received an immunity deal from the Justice Department during the year-long FBI investigation of Clinton's server.

Two other State Department staffers, John Bentel and Heather Samuelson, were also given immunity agreements, bringing the total number of witnesses who were protected by deals to five.

Bryan Pagliano, Clinton's former IT aide, and Paul Combetta, an employee at the firm hired to manage her server after she left the State Department, also received such protection.

The immunity agreements given to Mills and Samuelson covered the evidence recovered from their computers, a Democratic staffer told the Washington Examiner. The deals did not extend to their testimony before Congress or to the information they told the FBI, the staffer said.

Pagliano was held in contempt of Congress Thursday for his failure to comply with a subpoena for testimony and documents. Combetta appeared before the House Oversight Committee last week, but invoked his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to answer questions.

The FBI has said Clinton and her staff exhibited "extreme carelessness" by sharing classified information on an unsecured server that was kept in Clinton's basement.

They can be held indefinitely by the Senate.

And we are going to hold the House, so they can be sentenced for two years, starting in January. And note that the President CANNOT pardon them for Congressional contempt, so there is no "get out of jail free card." Furthermore, they would held under rules set by Congress, not rules dictated by the DOJ.

What is missing is not the means. What is missing is the will.

You also forget, that a number of the issues are covered under FOIA requests, and these people will face judicial contempt if they refuse to testify under subpoenas from Judicial Watch, which are coming.

The blame, then, would fall on those who followed her wishes and did illegal things. She would walk clean with the court’s sympathy.

But Christie, whom I believe did not have advance knowledge of the Bridgegate affair, can't use that excuse.

With the way Trump works on people who surrounds him, if he has any idea that Christie could be taken down for ‘bridgegate’ Trump is get rid of him...

If you give immunity to possible evidence of criminal activity, how can you investigate it? Wouldn't that mean that the potential criminal perps don't have to testify about the evidence? Then what would they talk about, Hillary's yoga lessons?

How do you investigate a crime if the evidence is off the table? Whoever heard of potential evidence being given immunity?

The FBI’s passing out immunity like candy from pedophiles at a girl-scout meeting... To say ‘the fix is in’ is an understatement.

In case they accidentally found some bad, incriminating files on their computers?

“I don’t recall.” Immunity is worth nothing now that that reply is accepted as valid. In tort cases “I don’t recall” doesn’t cut it for something the witness should not have forgotten.

Any given Clinton e-drone

“No problem. You’ve got immunity anyway. You don’t? Want it?” FBI

“These are the people who feel so very threatened by Trump.”

Exactly. If Trump’s DOJ brings charges, I don’t even CARE if any of them get sent to prison for what they’ve done. I just want their cushy Government retirements revoked and I want their professional lives RUINED.

I want to see them living under bridges.

Yes, I know. I’m dreaming, but still...it would be worth a shot!

So immunity means they have to testify, right? ...right?

“The Donald’s pit bulls are going to have a lot of fumigating to do in DC in every agency and department. God willing, there are patriots still there to rat them out!!”

Yeah, it will require more than a simple housecleaning to get the “half-breed stench” out of the White House so as to make in once again habitable by patriots. They sure as hell will need to throw out the matresses and bedding.

There's more ways than one to expose these Clinton crooks.

I would bet good money that Hillary rewarded these liars....she put all these people on the State Dept payroll....prolly as no-show govt contractors. Betcha all of them are still cashing US govt checks. Still receiving classified info. Getting all the tax-paid perks they can dream up.

Check out # 51 by Liz. - Also Article, and # 48 .

Thanks, Liz.

What makes it worse,Mills was given immunity for just what was found on her laptop, she walks out of her interview with the FBI when they asked her about Hillarys server, but the FBI still let her sit in on Hillarys FBI interview as one of her attorneys!
And I believe she was not Hillarys attorney until she left the State Department
